here is a simple step.
go to http://www.flashload.com
paste the exact adress of the video you want to download (this site can also be used to download flash games/movies)
and where it says save as just press the second button and copy link location
paste it into your download manager and change the extension of the file to .flv
you will need the appropriate codecs to play these files...K-Lite mega codec pack should have it
