You shouldn't douche at all.

Regular douche changes your vagina's natural ph levels and causes odour and infections.

Douching with water will cause dryness.

Let your vagina do what it's meant to do and clean itself out.

DO NOT DOUCHE.

Ichi is correct and douching can worsen the smell of your vagina because it messes up the natural ph balance. It's a SELF cleaning organ and you should leave it to clean itself.
