Double standards?

I apparently have a lot of problems with double standards to the point where it has affected my realationship with my boyfriend a lot to the point where he says if they dont change he is going to leave me..., I hate knowing that I have these and I would...

really like to change them but I don't know how. Is there anyone out there who knows how to get rid of double standards???

So did this double standards problem start before you had your boyfriend or AFTER you started seeing him? I've never heard of anybody leaving someone and breaking their heart just because they had double standards! Sounds like your boyfriend is looking for an easy excuse to put the blame on you. Let's say you did have double standards, couldn't you guys just discuss it and try to work things out? A relationship is about two people loving and respecting eachother. This means taking the time to work things out and discuss them. I say confront him on these so called double standards and get to the bottom of all this. If he really cares, he wouldn't threaten to leave on such a lame excuse.
