How do i stay inside?

NEW PIC! NOV 2009 [2 weeks be4 Thanksgiving :P] Asked by victorian_tea_party about 1 month ago, 7 answers.

I don't want to go outside, but I have 2, because school is tomorrow...I don't want to go...I just couldn't go outside...
I'm freaking out...its been awhile since I've been outside but I can't go out...How do I stay?

You get over it.
You cant stay inside forever.
Just take a deep breathe and go outside.

if your afraid.. then try what I do when im afraid.. before doing it I hit myself (I know very advanced) but I mean it before you leave that door hit your knee with your hand, punch your arm or your face, slap yourself, ask someone to punch you then while your in pain.. just step forward and dont look back

Saw your profile. You have the name for your phobia: agoraphobia. Have you had any help? I am not a big believer in drugs but I know some herbs can help anxiety. Have you tried St. John's Wort? Others can help also. Fun mail me if you need more help.

it will be ok, I know you can do it, just take a deep breathe and just do what you have to do, if you need help I can give you my number...Smile, life can suck but if you take the risk things can turn out great

You need to see a doctor. You could have Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

You can't stay inside or your quality of life, and eventually your health will deteriorate. If you're prone to these high level of anxieties, like I am, you have to keep going out. You have to keep it up, or something like this will happen and you wont want to go out at all. You have to force yourself out there continually and you have to do your best to mix with other people. But since you're in this position, you clearly need some psychiatric help. Best way to get out there though in my view, is to take small little steps. For example just get a friend to come with you to do something fairly innocuous, something you can handle, such as going into your garden or whatever, and then build up gradually.
