I can give you some great ideas but I need to know the sex and it's personality.
Can you tell me what he/she is like? Also, what kind of dog?

Without knowing and based on the idea that the puppy is frisky, here are a few names:

Chipper (or Chip), Sport, Dash, Ginger, Zippy, Peppy & Elan ( as in spirit)

they say if your pet has a human name instead of a name like spot or something that shows how close you are to them that you love them as much as people. I believe it I have a great dane names indy,love her to death and then some and a chihuahau named missy and a 17 lb. cat named joe I don't know what I would do without any one of them.

try something in a differnt language... like Bezella for a girl meaning beauty in spanish or blitzen for a boy mean lightening in german. you could look online for other names in different languages. like http://www.babblefish.com, which translates words for you from english to another language.
