I think it's the environment, and my past. I can't say it was the way I raised because of the things that has happened, which if I wouldn't have seen the world for what it is today, I'd very possibly be in a much worse place. I don't like the cruelty and the hate. I used to be one of these people who didn't care about anything. Once I realized I was like lots and most people out there, I changed. it was disgusting to me, and I didnt want to be like that. I have knocked sense into my brain, and has caused me to mature quickly. however I do act rather childish sometimes, for I miss my childhood much. happy

When it is -40 and you are all bundled up, who can see WHO you are? I think the weather has changed the way we see those animals that are out there surviving in the heat or cold just the way they were intended.
Here in Wyoming, we have temperature extremes. It can be -45 in the winter (thank God there is usually no wind with that) to 108 in the summer. Saw 113 on the bank once, but the sensor must be on the dark hot roof, and not in the shade (usually the north side).

there are a lot of factors that go into creating who we are.
our family
our friends
music
literature
hardships
triumphs
likes and dislikes
education
the list could continue on and on- but you get the picture.
how we arrived at being who we are is a very complex process- in most cases.

In general, environment can affect a person, though in a negative way. In my case, I rebel against much that I encounter, as I absolutely hate it. Kids at age 12 having sex, half the high schoolers drinking themselves and getting killed in car accidents(not literally, but...), the cool kids who are smoking in the corner, the prissy girls and football players looking down on everyone, ect. I've been in both ends of the park(seems that height and physical build have a lot to do with it during the teenage years), but never have I resorted to any of that crap. It's because of what and who I choose to be. I, me, has as much to blame in the person I am as them and they.

I think that all three factors have contributed to what I am now.
