No, it doesn't, anymore than another holy book tells it's disciples to go & commit violent acts. During the crusades, christian & catholic priests held that the bible justified their atrocities, and again later, when the catholics from Spain arrived & conquered the new world.
Given the relative rates of illiteracy in many counties where Islam is the primary religion...it's no wonder that they are still perfoming similar acts to middle age christians & catholics. Once people are no longer impoverished & illiterate, they cherish life, and interpret their holy works differently. If life is a struggle & they see no way out...then, they commit atrocities, because the government offers to care for their families.
Similar, in a gruesome way, to the US paying for the GI Bill for it's own military forces...come join the troops & we take care of you. It's a common line, really. One persons terrorism is another's justified war.
quran is word of god, there is no jusfication in quran to kill another human beings.
human beings the one to blame to act to kill people and then justfying there action using
holy books.
Islam and othe relgion came from god with the messangers, teaches to love and live in
peace.
Please do not blame any holy book for that reason.

Does the qur'an support what terrorists do?
I hear a lot of terrorists and ideological extremists claiming that the Qur’an gives legitimacy to their terrorist actions. Does the Qur’an really tell them to do violent acts?
