If you have more muscle, then you tend to weigh a little more, because muscle does weigh more than fat, but you may be stronger than both of your sisters...If you are looking to lose a little weight or just some in your thighs, then try doing lunges...they work your inner thighs...

Muscle does not weigh more than fat. A pound muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat.
However, muscles are more dense and, therefore, have more weight per volume.
