Me and my sister are the same shape and height but I have bigger thighs and I weigh almost 10 pounds more. So does muscle weigh a lot more then fat?

yes, that's true. If you have more muscle, then you tend to weigh a little more, because muscle does weigh more than fat, but you may be stronger than both of your sisters...If you are looking to lose a little weight or just some in your thighs, then try doing lunges...they work your inner thighs...

Muscle does not weigh more than fat. A pound muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat.

However, muscles are more dense and, therefore, have more weight per volume.
