I guess they are little consensus on this; but, I have discovered that it does work if you do it consistently, daily for at least 5 minutes. However, you need to use a natural oil or natural hair growth stimulant when massaging your hair. PURE Coconut Oil is excellent massaging oil because it is one of the only oils that contains proteins absorbable by the hair. Protein is necessary to have healthy hair growth, as it strenghten your hair shaft and reduces breakage. Losing less hair equals more hair. Beauty 4 Ashes Ayurvedic Scalp Food Gel is also great because it contains Saw Palmetto and Fenugreek. Ayurvedic remedies truly work and Fenugreek is a proven fighter of baldness. A painter discovered it when trying to clear his chest congestion, but also saw his balding head and regrown hair. It is good stuff.
While hair growth is partly genetic, you can increase your normal hair growth rate. As with anything genetic, such as being predisposed to be obese, you can diminish or increase the effect of genetics. Make sure you eat a lot of LEAN Protein. Take a B Complex and Vitamin E. Stay relaxed. Use as few chemicals on your hair as possible (chlorine, sulfate based shampoos). And be patient. You can help increase your hair growth.
no that won't help all it dose is losen's yout hai cells making it easier to fall out the only way is to trim it and wait and wait I have long hait mid back all most ass hair it took a year of too just hope you have the genes for fast growning hair. good luck.

Hair growth, is genetic. You can't TRULY make it go that much faster. But, you could make sure that you take a vitamin supplement (make sure there is a good Vitamin B component in your vitamin) - that should help a bit also to make sure you have enough nutrients for your body in general, which would then assist the hair.
Ask somebody to pull your pigtails and see if they get longer
) Nell's right, girl.

What makes your hair grow is the cold. Try sitting in the air conditioning for a few days, see if it helps.

I am being serious, the only reason I know is cause when I shave, and then sit in the freezing cold, my hair grows back like WHOA, in an instant.
The truth is that massaging alone will not work, you need to massage some natural oils into your scalp. Trust me it works. Here are the best things to massage into your scalp.
#1 Vitamin E- You can buy it from Walmart, CVS, Walgreens. For a bonus take vitamin E pills
#2 Aloe Vera- Beauty 4 Ashes ayurvedic scalp gel grew in my spot. ww.discoverb4a.com. It is made of completely aloe vera.
#3 Coconut Oil- Make sure that it is refined
Again, massaging your scalp alone will only cause it to become tender. Massage some good oils into your scalp and it will grow, eat good foods rich in vitamin b, and get sleep.
well what I use is a good shampoo it works for me. Its called garnier frutis length and strenght. I also use the conditioner to. Its expensive but it worked for me.

Does it really work
Send me Fun Mail
I'm kind of in a hurry to grow my hair out a lil bit. It's not that it's super short ( it's a couple inches past my shoulders), but I really want to grow it out. I heard massaging your scalp encourages hair growth. Does it really work?
