Does it hurt when you get your nose peirced?

Okay ya! I just turned 13 and my mom says when I turn 14 I can get my nose pierced yah I know that it is a bit early to be asking but I just want to know! All I want is a tiny lil' hole on the left side of my nose you know a stud! But yah does it hurt?

Haha, I was terrified before I got mine done. Its like being hit really really hard in the nose. The pain goes off almost instantly but its really warm for ages afterwards.

I didnt think so, I peirced my nose myself and it really wasnt all that bad, but I can handle needles pretty well.

not really
just dont go to some stupid girl at a salon or mall who uses the gun
those people are inecpirience and unqualifyed
they dont have any clue about peircings
they practice on fruit
what they learn takes about 1 hour
the gun is full of germs from other people blood because they cant and dont sterilize it
and real peircers ahve been trying to get it banned because its not a peice of peircing equiptment
if you want it profesionally done then get it with a surgical steel needle
at 14 youll need to bring a parent with you to consent to it
and your eyes will probably water a bit
be aware that if your school has a dress code they wotn allow it
most jobs consider facial peircings unattractive and unprofesional
and the longer you have it in (years)
the less likly the hole will ever be able to close up
once its fully healed around the jewlrey and you have it in for years
the hole will be very noticable
