Well, I have two peircings in my lip one on each side thats called a snake bite. It only hurt for about 1 day or so. it cost me 40 dollars for two of them 20 for each.

depends on your pain tolerance
but its nothing you cant handle
generally they cost about $40-$50 each
if your under 16 they might not do it at a profeshional place without an adaults consent
but if your over you can walk straight in
dont get it to be 'cool' though
make sure its something you want
