Internet jobs

I am a teen, but I think about the economy and my future.you know how when you have a job, they take medical, etc out of your paycheck?, what about internet jobs? Do they do the same as well or just give you the money? And can someone explain to me the...

medical system to get great care for me and my family?, does it come from my paycheck? And if it does, does it cover your medical expenses, so if something happened to anyone on that plan, they will be covered?

Internet job's are usually one guy and a few people he hired to make his life easy, its what I do and im 18. Run a 100k user forum (which shall remain nameless) taking in enough money from ads and donations to keep me living +2 more, so what I did was hired 2 people (friends I might add) to help moderate things, the rest of my team is people working for free, so basically its a job where YOU are your own boss, no benefits and no tax, But it is different if your talking about working tech support or something along those lines, most internet jobs are do something like code a script for some guy and sell it, so there is no benefits to be held, those ads that say you can make money are a big scam in case that's what your thinking of doing, they make you pay for a kit that tells you how to do what they do, its kinda like door to door salesmen.
