Does he still love me?

we have been together for 1 yr 3 mths. he says that I haven;t been trusting him which is a bit true and because of my insecurities it lead him to kinda start liking this girl that likes him but he can;t be with her because he want to be with me he says he loves me and is in love with me I dunno what to believ..if she is just trying to confuse him or I dunno now he says he feel nothing for her because she treats him bad

well I think you should just dump him you dont want to be a side dish all your life thatsnot right. have him choose you or her and then have him not talk 2 her or have any thing to do with her and I guess you will have to have some trust in him. well thats what I would do but I dunno ..

you need to really talk tell him to choose you or her and thats it if he's with you there's no reason he should even be bothering with her if hes unsure break up until he knows for sure I dont blame you for not trusting him
