Does he still like me and why won't he ask me out?

smiles and points at me to his friends. I caught him starring at me during an assemble and when I was caught looking at him he smiled hugely (ear to ear) and bumped his friend and looked at me. I wanna know two things:
1)does he like me?
2)If he does why wont he ask me out?

Becos he rejected you twice he prob thinks your over it. Start hanging out, i wouldnt ask him out again since he has said no twice, just hang out, flirt and see what his reactions are, you'll know if he likes you.
