Does he really want to be with me??

So, I was talking to a guy..he was my cousins ex boyfriend. but she broke up with him to start dating my boyfriend so yea basically my boyfriend at the time cheated on me with my cousin. sux. After that happened I started talking and hanging out with her...

ex and I don't know we became realllyyy goodd friends. but one day he started telling me he really liked me and that he never really liked my cousin anymore anyway and that ever since I started talking to him it was a new him. so I believed him we dated for like a month but he broke up with me because I went to the club without telling himm. we still talked cause he told me if I reallly wnated to be with him that I would show him that I really wanted too. so I tried showing him. never really went out unless it was with him..by the way he didnt like any of my friends.. so nothing really happened after that. I went on a vacation and left the state and when I came back. one of his friends told me he hung out with my cousin when I was gone. but I didnt telll him anything.but I noticed that he was a total different person he didnt really wanna see me he would always make up these weird non sense excuses and we would just never hang out like we used too. so one night I told him how I was feeling.. tired of not knowing if something was really gonna happen between us or if he was just using me for sex cause thats the only way I could see him is if we were having sex. And his answer was so you wanna get with me? I was like well why else would I try to see you talk to you and have sex. And I asked him what did he consider me and he said Youre my best friend. I was really disappointed when he said that I told him that Best Friends dont have sex. and he said when dont. I didnt know what else to say I was really bummed. We havent touched that subject ever since..as a matter of fact we havent talked.. I saw him yesterday and he acted like he didnt know me! What should I do I miss him so much I doubt he wants to be wit me or I don't know but its cause sometimes he txts me and I want to talk to him soo bad what do I do should I just leave it how it is or try and talk to him in person not through the phone?? I don't know hellppp meee!!!
