Does he love me or does he just want to be friends?

I like this guy a lot and it seems like he likes me too. I mean everytime I'm around him it's like he flirts with me all the time.. and he's even asked me out like 10 times and I said no I guess I dont really know why I said no I think its cause I didnt believe that he liked me or maybe its because he's younger than me all my friends say that its not bad but im 4 years older than him is that bad? I mean I cant help that I love him but I do and I dont think I could ever get over the fact that he has a new girlfriend I mean I thought I got over him but everytime I see him or think about him its like I want him even more and I dont understand why I just think that its because im in love with him but how am I suppose to know if I love him.. he tells me im hot all the time and he always hugs me and we even kissed a few times and held hands.. I'm so confused and I feel like he's the one for me and I know that I want to be with him so much because I cant help my feelings for him.. please help me im so confused!

Hey, I know what you mean.
I love someone who I've been through a lot with at the moment. He's sooo amazing, but hes gone away to London for a show and it's been nearly a year now - we have kept in touch but he seems to get a lot of attention.
It makes it harder for me, because a lot of my friends like him too. I'm stuck of what to do.
You should tell this lad how you feel, because if you don't it may be too late before you know it. So email him or text message, or call..even tell him face2face. If you kiss and hold hands it's a sign that you've got a lot of history together and belong together forever and always!
