I've got a crush... And my friends and I keep noticing that he is always looking at me... There was once my friend called me and he liked stared at me... What does that mean??

I think he does like you. because its this boy and hes always staring at me and
2 days ago I said hi to him and he couldn't stop smiling XD.

And also if he keeps looking at you then obviously wants something.
