Does he like me or not?

Well you see I like this guy and im not sure if he likes me back.
Here is a genral situation that happens every day:
I walk to class and he is sitting right next to my seat again.
I hate it when he does that cause he is so annoying. But,
I sit down anyway. He is always going through my books
and notebooks. When I ask him what he's doing, he says
hes looking for notes(to other people). I get angry and take
my stuff back. Then I sit down at my computer and he sits
on the one right next to me(his assigned spot). Then he
will playfully make fun of me. Then he tries to get me to
listen to his music and I do. He normal plays songs that
are about love ect. So then I start typing and he gently pulls
on my arm to get me to see something. So I stand up and
look. while im standing he puts his arms down and some
how they end up touching my leg. Then I sit down. He'll stand
up to see what im doing and put his hands on my shoulders.
Then the bell will ring for lunch.
So does this guy like me?If he does should I ask him out or
vis versa?
