Does he like me or not?

Well this whole thing started about 9 months ago when I first started working at this new company. Most of the people I ended up working were young but he had been there a year previous to my coming there. Anyway the first couple of weeks he was nice, complimenting me on my clothes and stuff, so on and so on, but then it seems like he did a complete turn around...now since that time he's either teasing me, making fun of me so I tease him back...basically we treat each other like crap lol and he's also made up this nickname for me..which I won't admit I like but do...it kind of grew on me. We still had like cordial conversations but when were not bickering about stupid stuff about work...well he'll say something and I'll say something back but after we get done we both smile to let each other know it was all in fun. The bad thing is all our co-workers took to teasing us about liking each other even though neither one of us has admitted anything. Okay but here's the B part to the story I stopped working there a little bit ago but we still keep in contact through email...even if most of our emails are pretty much ripping into each other lol but I'm trying to figure out if he likes me so I know whether to say something or not or just leave it alone. So does he like me or not? if if you think he does...should I say something?

Ask him! There are a few main reasons why:

1.It won't be awkward if he finds out you like him, because you don't work together anymore.
2.If he says yes, it's awesome!!! You won't know unless you ask.
3.If he says no, it won't be awkward becasue you don't actually see him anymore.

If he says no remember: you can still be friends. See, number 2 is my problem. Our school is so small that it would be awkward if I tell him. Anyway Good luck!
