Does he like me?!?

I have this guy friend that I REALLY like, but I'm not completly sure if he has a crush on me too. All of my friends say he does but they could just be being nice since they have to be. He does some things that make me think that he likes me but I want...

to make sure that the things he does are because he likes me not because that's just him. So here is some of the things he has done that make me think he likes me:
*kept looking at me in class and when i caught him he would make a weird/funny face for a sec then finally look away...
*he poured water down my back during a REALLY HOT summer band practice we had but no one else's bck...
*when i was leaving class on the 1st day of school and i was heading in to my mom's classroom and he was headed to the bandhall (in the opposite direction) he asked where i was going...and after i told him i'm not sure if he was upset or not but all he said was oh ok and walked off..

Those are just some of the things that he has done that make me think that he likes me...and if he does like me bck HOW ON EARTH DO I GET HIM TO ASK ME OUT!!?? cus I am way too much of a chicken to ask him out myself...PLEASE HELP!!!

It kind of sounds like he may but its hard to tell... the whole water down the back thing... makes me think he is like 15 right? That is like mean flirting... guys do that when they are younger... but maybe it was okay in that situation because it was hot? Anyways... I would suggest to continue flirting with him and maybe he'll get the hint... you could also ask him to go do something with you it doesn't really have to be a date per say just to get yourself some alone time to talk and get him to be interested more in pursing something with you.

continue flirting and try to get closer with him. see if one of his guy friends knows anything or maybe just take a chance and tell him you kind of like him and see how he reacts. dont be scared.

i was in this exact postion a yr ago, and i mucked it up by becoming a bit silly around him- i became a different person around him and kinda became this staring moon. flirt, but do not go over the top, otherwise ull scare him off. be urself...y dont u pour water down HIS back..

i am twenty six years old and i met a nineteen year old guy this summer. we have become really good friends and i would like it to be more, but i'm not sure if he likes me in that way. a lot of people tell me he does cuz we talk a lot, he writes me little notes to cheer me up, i catch him looking at me a lot, but then sometimes he talks about other girls he's interested in. He once told me that if he were twenty six.... i don't know what to do? How do I know for sure what to do without ruining our great friendship?
