Does he like me?

How can I tell if this guy likes but here the thing he has a girlfriend because some of da thingz he does makes me wounder if he likes me.because 2day when I walkin out a class (he comes in this class everyday da He's here) he grabs da back of my bag and I go back and he sayz you almost fell I said yea I know and walked off and said come here I said no he said man why you always actin like that and I said because I can and im sitin here thinkin does he like me and im afraid to like him back because im afraid I going to get hurt again because im really tired of gettin hurt and like a couple of days ago he was tilckin me on my neck and I tell him to stop and move his fingers and he does it again what do you think?

Let me just ask you this... if you were his girlfriend and you saw him acting that way with someone else, what would you think? It sounds like he is doing some major flirting, but that is not necessarily a good thing if he is already in a relationship with someone else. No good ever comes from stealing a guy from another girl. It's like they say, "if he will leave her for you, he will leave you for someone else" and since I am assuming that he doesn't do these things in front of his girlfriend, that makes him a bit sneaky, and that doesn't usually have a happy ending. Since it sounds like he is the one that is initiating the flirting, it does sound like he likes you, but I would tread carefully, or he may hurt you, or someone else.
