Does he like me?

Okay so here it is. I just moved to North Carolina from California and I'm a 16 year old sophomore in high school. I've noticed this guy in my 1st period class and I think I'm starting to like him. He's noticed me also. Anyway, today I found out that we share a lunch period together also. He kept looking at me during lunch today and was whispering and pointing me out to his friends and they were looking and smiling. So do you think this means he likes me? If it does, what should I do from here? Should I make the first move? Thanks everyone!
