n0 n0t at all.. my m0m is a hardreser I g0t it d0ne 0nce I didnt liek it b0ut it didnt hurt! L0L! um she used like this n00dle things thinks th0 and put th0se in and a special liek shamp00/ c0nditi0ner. then dryed it, rinsed it 0ut and tah dah curly! h0pe it helps!!!

nopee not at all, I did hairdressing and beauty at college and qualified the other month, if it does hurt let your hairdresser know and she will have to rinse it off straight away becuase you might be having a reaction, it should be painless and relaxing though, just like if you was having a blowdry/highlights.

neitheer unless you scratch your head a lot before you do and if you do just grease your hair wit hair grease and wait like 10 min be4 perming it and otha then that ull b fine
