Nope, in fact you'll have more sperm wash out in your precum from masturbation.

If you and your partner are both clean and want to have unprotected sex without getting pregnant, then she needs to invest in some type of hormonal option(the pill, the patch, the shot) or the IUD. Other wise, she's liable to get pregnant.

No matter what myths you may hear, there is always a chance of pregnancy so prepare yourself and use all the protection you can, its for your own good.
