Does c*m aggravate acne?

Ok so I know this is probably an extremely weird question but it is just something that worries me with the whole "guys getting turned on by coming on a girls body". So I was wondering wheter come could make you come out in spots or make acne worse? Thanks in advance x

I really doubt it... I highly doubt anyone's done any studies, but since it is just bodily fluid, I dont think so...
