Does clear mascara make a difference?

because makeup isnt allowed at my school and I was thinking maybe instead of colored mascara I'd just use the clear one but does it make a difference or would it just be a waste of my time/money?

It would just be a waste of time and money.

mascara actually makes a huge difference!
it openns up your eyes more and transforms your face
clear mascara is good,
if you dont want to get an expensive one you can get cheaper ones at dollar stores
also you could go for black or brown mascara, as there not likely to notice it

the only thing clear mascara does is waste money, CLEAR aka you cant see any change! so I would not waste your money on it! ;3

to me it does you squiggle it around on your eyelashes and it works good for me when I dont want to wiipe it off later like something before bed or late at night..
just apply 2-3 coats..so yea..I think its good.
