Does anyone pull out their hair?

I have this 'habbit', I pull out my hair, I cant help it its just part of my life!! I've tried to stop but I can only stop it for 2 day max!! I've tried everything, twiddling my fingers, sitting on them, knitting, stress balls... Anyone suggest anything...

well, I had this same problem a fortnight ago. the way I stopped is I did heroine instead and that distracted me...

I do believe we address this once before. You need to seek out a doctor...there are plenty of good medications and therapy to help. This may fall under the category of OCD and is very treatable.

yes this condition is called OCD you need to do some research on it search the web Tyra Banks had a show on with other women who had the same kind of disorder.
