Every tea is going to have its own unique ratio of chemicals, but the Taiwan (aka Formosa) high-mountain oolongs have the greatest amount of the thick, sweet, umami (meaty) taste indicative of amino acids (of which L-Theanine constitutes 50%-60% of the amino acid content of tea). The high-mountain oolongs may seem a bit expensive, but can usually give you 5-10 infusions that are just as good as the first. So when you look at it by the number of good cups you can get from it, they aren't as expensive as they seem.
