Yes I know, since it is combined with three games for the sims, you can use any of the cheats that people talk about. As you probably already know, this is a very popular cheat... boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true. You must use all the capitals for it to work. motherload - $50,000
kaching - $1,000
moneymoneymoney - $1,000,000
sonysquad - $50,000,000
maxmotives - if your sims mood is red this cheat will make all green
help - will list all cheats in the sims 2 deluxe

first get your sim prego. then when she is deffently prego like her belly is big, do the control shift c thing and then do forcetwins. and then when your sim finnally gives birth it will have twins. =D!!!
