Alright, I'm honestly curious. So, I'm about 5'2 and a half, and weigh about 97 pounds. I can say I'm pretty skinny,except for my lower stomach. I have a lot of lower stomach fat and love handles and a bit of upper stomach fat. If I run a mile about...
three times a week, eat about 1500 calories a day, mainly drink water only, and do 100 crunches every night, will I notice a difference in my stomach? I really want a six pack, much less a flat stomach. Will this workout or whatever make me see a difference? How long will it take estimately? What about a mile and a half instead of a mile?
