Does anyone have any problems with at&t?

Does anyone have any problems with ATT?
Well, the reason why I'm asking this is because, along time ago, they asked me if I wanted to either have my payments by auto pay or a regular bill? So, I said, for now, you can take out what's in my account...

But, years later, which is now 2008 and this was back in 2007, I think, that's when I had my first debit card and bank account.
I'm on Social Security and, ATT have been screwing me over with the auto pay method when I've been sending them payments. Now, I have the internet through them which is DSL and that's good but, they obviously have new owners so things over there are real screwed up.
Now, the cell phone company that ATT bought out was Cellular One formally and, well, I've never had problems yet so far its just the other with my internet and my landline.
So, if anyone has a problem or complaint, I would love to hear it and relate to it so that I'm not alone.

OH MY GOD YES. I absolutely hate ATT. I had set up a home phone with them and had gotten a long distance plan with another company that Att said they would set up. However when I recieved my first month's bill it was almost 1000 dollars when it was really supposed to be like 30 dollars flat! I was so pissed and called them..they said sorry and that they mistakenly disconnected us from my long distance provider and they didn't even offer to pay me back for THEIR mistake. They just kept making excuses and even now since I'm completely through with this crap company, they send me letters in the mail basically begging for me back...just like an obsessive ex. First pay me back, then MAYBE I'll open your letters.
