Do you think this is crazy? or should i go for it?

I am going to robert morris university in chicago but I have always had a passion for dancin I nver really went after it because we dint have the money and in where I come from ballet is not a big thing but now that I am going to college I wud like to...

try it out but I already have a college im going to but people say that ballet is not a proffesion but I don't want it as on all I want to do is to do ballet uk do it . What do you think I shoul do ? Should I give up college and enroll in a dance school or not do it at all?

it would've been best to have gone for it while you were younger. Perhaps delay the college if you really really want to do the dance school.

This is a HUGE decision and I don't nesessarily think it's in YOUR best interest to ask this here... =\

BUT to anwser your question...:

I love dance too and I wanted to be a dancer as well... but when I went to a dance school to further myself and it made me end up hating dance... It took away all the fun from it... So I dropped out after 3rd year cause it seemed like a waste of time after that...

And its SOOO hard to actually get into dance professionally...

I'd stick with university and do the dance on the side =]

But what you could do is go to an audition for a dance school just to see if you'd even make it in, before you actually debate this choice...
Cause all the dance schools I know are actually very tough to get into... =\

well you could always take personal dance lessons when your not busy during college...it will be a lot to handle but if its what you really want to do ...go for it!

Go with what you feel an want out of life an enjoy it while your still able to do so too.
