Do you think this is a good plan?

I'm cool. =] Asked by keelmart 3 months ago, 2 answers.

So I've been doing this for about a week now:
Ten minutes of jogging each day
150 crunches
3 sets of 30 second leg lifts
100 squats
8 glasses of water
No junk food, soda, chips, etc.

Does that sound like it will give me results?
If not, can you help me to improve it?

Thats good... I'm on a diet too... I go on the treadmill for 40mins burn about 400 cals... then I do 100 sit up and drink like soo much water today that I felt like I was going to throw up! yeah no junk neither... I lost 5 pounds soo far.. and its been about a week.. I think what you are doing is good.. You will see result in about 2 weeks. or sooner. good luck!!
