umm me and my old buddy were out partyin bein stupid lol
we broke in to a construction company and stole two motor vehicles in Alberta
im gettin charged with break and enter and theft over 5000 and under 5000
do you think ill be going to jail ?
if I get a lawyer do you think ill have a chance to fight it?

yea, stealin something that big, you might go to jail. but most likely ull get a huge fine and a crap-load of community service (and maybe one of those group things where they talk you through it)

First of all you'll be going to jail. Second of all, why would you post it on this website? now they can use it as evidence o_o

In the US we have a thing called first time offence but I'm not sure about Canada.

Take it back. Most likely they won't file charges. If you don't you very well could face charges if they decide to press them on you.
