okay im a guy and yeah I like them and all that as you know but I will look at a girls face as much as possible plus I always notice a girls eyes and teeth more and way before her chest

I always wonder why girls even ask why we stare, or why they get mad when we stare...

Guys have instincts and hormones that they cannot control. Big boobs is a sign of fertility or something, so it is instinctual for guys to like big boobs. We can't control our sexual feelings, because if we could, then those feelings would be ignored, then no one would ever have sex, then no one would ever have babies, then no one would ever exist.

So the bottom line is, we stare because it is a natural, uncontrollable urge. So don't get mad when we stare. After all, it's pretty much a compliment.
