Well, probably not in the moment...but I do my best to stay in the day... it was an aquired trait, I had to learn to think that way. I met a person who explained it...if you have one foot in the past...and one foot in the future...you're pissin' all over today...made sense to me. 
The past contains regrets...the future makes people fearful...tomorrow will be here soon enough.

The past is gone, and nothing about the future is guaranteed; all we ever have is the moment we're living in, right now.
I like this and hope I can live almost everyday with this in...
mind. With in boundries, I am not going to spend all my money without thinking about the future, but just how this may change things you do day to day.
