im not opposed to anything that sets the mood, i think my comment was misinterpreted. the person who posted the question asked do you like it...so i responded how i feel about the situation, being completely openminded. if that something someone else likes- go for it. do whatever pleases you. Nada_dulces made a point, it is your business. so was the question for all of us to answer effectively to give our opinions, or was it just for show?

Actually, it's not tacky. People do lots of different things before or during intercourse for pleasure. Whatever makes you both feel comfortable, and allows you to both enjoy what you are doing, while no one is getting hurt or is uncomfortable, is great. It's your business and no one else has a right to tell you its wrong, stupid, or tacky. But remember, being safe (using protection, getting tested, getting educated, etc) is the most important aspect of any sexual activity.
