Not websites, but there are programs you can buy...Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro come to mind...

You don't have to go for the lastest version...go to Ebay and pick up the last version...they cost 75% to 90% less, then the lastest version (which only adds up to a little tweak here and there...very little difference in the program itself).

on all these you just create an account and download the pics you want and go from there I use these often and they can become addicting so have fun.
blingee.com should be more of what you're looking for if I'm not mistaking.
