Oh dear.

It means that they're like the typical lyrics you would expect someone who aspires to be in the screamo genre to write. If you were to take all the bands that classed themselves as screamo and then take all of those bands songs and merge them into one, that song would probably sound similar to what you wrote. The run-of-the-mill lines that oh-so-hardcore screamo bands like to use.

What I have against screamo is that there is nothing about it. The lyrics are boring and essentially meaningless. Everything about it screams pathetic teenager attempting to fit in with their group of would-be-goths-if-they-were-at-all-cool-enough friends.

I assure you, darling, that I don't listen to pop. I don't listen to metal. I don't listen to what you (haha) cool kids would class as emo. Nor do I listen to dance, RB or drum and bass.

I attempt to stray away from anything that people like yourself might be inclined to listening to.

To be honest, I prefer goths (actual proper goths though, not the silly little kids that prance around in tutus and fake spikes now-a-days) to metalheads, emo kids or scenesters.
