Do periods chaange your mood???

Definite mood swings will be happening.

Well I have always said no, but everyone around me notices how my mood changes...so yes it does, but who wouldn't when they are walking around bloated and cramping!

Yes, definitely.

It's usually right before our period when the hormones are swinging all over the place, that we feel in a crap mood, thats what PMS is. Then of course when we're actually ON it we're grouchy because we have to cart loads of supplies everywhere with us AND decline certain actitvties.

yep I get unbearable cramps for two days at the same time I'm on mine.It sucks I take a lot of ibuproffin and it kinda helps. I totally go on strike and won't clean and I'm a neat freak!! All I do is sleep and get really irritated at this time.

yes and its not good because then people know sometimes.

yea because you will get mood swings for sure. I know when I get mine, I am happy one day and then upset the next day and I get irritated very easily when I am on mine.
