I dont think you need to loose weight but that also doesnt mean you shouldnt work out
Hey! This is hard to answer not actually seeing your bone structure. I am 5'4 and a half and at my best most comfortable weight I was 138. I also have a large bone structure and if I weighed 130 I would look awful. Like the cript keeper. When I did weigh 138 my friends would make me get on a scale to prove it because they thought more like 125. So, 140 could be perfect for you unless you have a smaller bone structure, then maybe a different weight would be more suitable for you. I am currently 160 and trying desperatly to get back to my good weight. It is a horrible feeling when you are unsure if you are large in other peoples eyes. Hope I was of some help.
your BMI is 24 - 24.8...depending which height you are.
both of these are normal, but 24.9 or higher is overweight.
your healthy weight range is about 104.2 - 144.8...it varies a few lb due to unsure about your height.






What weight should I be?
ok I really want to lose weight but I need some advise my weight is 140 and my height is 5. 3 or 4 not sure bout it ... please tell me what to do
