Do i trust her?

Rite ok many of you know I've been going throu stuff with my boyfriend now xbf
But lately a good mate of mine and his is telling me that he still likes me
I don't know wether or not shes trying to stir up trouble because he don't act like he likes me...

at all!
I don't know what to do because if I belive her it could cause me to lose him as a mate
And I really don't want that
But yet again if I don't belive her I could lose her
I'm really confussed because they both have been there for me when I needed them most.
And whats worse is he says he may ask her to go to the prom with him and she knows how much that would hurt me!!
They say their just good mates but there are times were I wonder if their more from the way they act towards eachother
I mean she shakes her arse in his face and he enjoys it (she also done it when I was with him) I think they have feelings for eachother but I feel I cant trust either of them
What can I do???

Even though she may be a good friend she may be trying to stir sh*t and trying to make you feel jealous. On the other hand maybe she is telling the truth and he doesn really like you. Just because he doesnt act like he likes you doesnt mean he doesnt. He may not want you to know.
To be honest so what if he does ask her or wants to ask her to the prom no need to be rude or sound harsh but if he wants to ask her then its up to him and really if he does you have to deal with it best you can because there would be nothing you could do about it. (Sorry)
Because he's your ex he's allowed to like other people now. Maybe he did like it when she shook her arse in front of him but as I said he's your ex which means he's NOT your boyfriend anymore. It doesnt even matter if they are more because its up to them and if they did like eachother it would eb okay becaus ehe's not with you anymore and yes they might have feelings for eachother.
Like I said you arent with him anymore so if he likes her and enjoys her shaking her arsein front of him its up to them!!!
