Do i need to lose weight?

I am 5 '9 and 116 pounds. I don't know whether that's thin skinny fat large or whatever. Some people say that I'm thin and other people say that I am skinny but I think I'm fat. What should I do?

For your height you're underweight! You don't need to lose weight. If you don't like the way you look start working out and gaining some muscle. It will only enhance the way you look and make you look sexier.

Gain some muscle weight. You are pretty skinny considering that I am a male that is 5'9 and I weigh 165. I am a bit overweight but I have a lot of lean muscle build. Muscle weighs a lot. The BMI standard is kind of messy when it comes to athletic folk as opposed to the rest of the world. Tighten up your body with aerobic exercise and eat healthy meals that will give you energy without all of the sugars and useless fats. Some weight is not a bad thing. Guys really don't like the pencil thin models in fashion magazines, they like the curvier healthier models in the men's magazines. Designers are the only ones who like women to look bulemic, because it doesn't detract from their clothing.

Your perfectly normal for your hight and your weight. I dont think you need to lose any wight gain some maybe lol.. or even get more muscle. If you have muscle on you now thats what will be causing you to be heavier then you would like. b/c muscle weighs more then fat but no I dont think you need to lose weight. I hope i could help

no!! haha u r verrrrry skinny and u dont need to lose any weight!! if u dont like the way u look maybe try different kinds of clothes!! i luv hollisters babydoll tees!! lol.

ive heard the the predicted weight for a average 5'9 person is 138 so no i dont think u r fat and 116 u definatley arent fat

you're actually pretty skinny... it's not a bad thing though.. but you're definitly not fat... I think you should probably go out and gain a few pounds.. but do it by gaining muscle not fat..
