Isnt paypal an online way to make a payment. If your trying to pay for something online you have to have a credit card or check card.

A debit card or a bank account will also work for paypal, you don't specifically need a credit card.

paypal is paying online , sure you do need one cause otherwise you cannot buy from the internet
