Do i have an eating disorder?

okay I'm 15 I'm around 5 foot 7 or 171-2cm I'm vegan and I refuse to eat junk food bread basically anything that has more than 1-2g fat. today I ate
breakfast - wheetbix and banana with splash of soy milk
lunch and thoroughout the day - 3 apples
dinner...

- about 1 cup of stirfry (fresh veggies, 2 teaspoons fat free sauce and one small portion of 99% rice noodles)
drinks - 3 cups of black coffee - no sugar no milk

in the last few months I've lost about 10kg and people are starting to say I look really thin my teacher also asked me if I was anorexic?? I weight around 53kg I really need to know if I'm anorexic I also do 100 situps and 60 squats per night I ususally walk a fair bit horseride and swim. can someone please give me some advice?

No, definately not. You are just eating healthy. I would lay off the soy milk tho as that is not healthy. If you feel you have to have milk on your cereal get some raw goat milk. I feed my grandchildren cereal with distilled water. That's all milk is that you buy in the stores. Colored water w/a lot of other strange things added. They love it this way. The coffee is not real healthy for you. Why don't you try some freshly squeezed carrots w/an apple added or 2 stalks of celery. Always eat organic where possible. It might be a little bit more expensive, but cheaper than a doctor bill. Tell your teacher, Thin is In. No, you are not anorexic.

Yes, I think you definitely are. Seek professional help. That isn't healthy eating. You are not eating enough. Overeating is bad for you but so is under-eating.

No your not your fine if you feel you are under presher of finking you are anarexic seek help from a doctor ok .
