Do i have a depression dissorder?

Asked by fau 25 days ago, 3 answers.

Depression runs through my famly and I think I might have a depression disorder, but I am not entirely sure. I have lots of friends and I love them very much, but I feel so away from them and it triggers depression.. Another thing that triggers it is...

right after something good happens and goes away.
Is it normal to feel this way in these situations, or could I have a problem?

Go to a counselor and discuss this with them. You don't want to go immediately to a psychiatrist and be put on depression meds if you are not depressed.
I highly advise going to a counselor and talking about these things with them. They normally can recognize depression and will know where to refer you.

Everyone becomes depressed sweets, It's a cycle, if you do not wiah to wait for the cycle to complete it's work, take meds, In the eyes of doctors you probably do have a disorder but in the eyes of children and mere adults, you probably are just having a a very long rough time.

I think that maybe it might be a disorder, but you should see a psyciatrist or psychologist, normally if something good happens it doesn't just go away that doesn't really make sense...can you maybe explain more?
