Do i have a case?

So recently I have been having problems with a crazy ex over the internet, he has repeatidly harrased me calling me names. I was going to file a case but the chat logs did not save like I thought. I'm really frustrated. Because now I have no proof that...

it happened. He is currently in another court case involving a child and I don't think he should be getting custody of a child if hes harrasing people over the internet. I just need some advice about this, should I still try and get a case or am I out of luck now?

honestly if you have no proff you are probably out of luck youve got to save anything emails messages does he call or text you? If so ave them you can report the harassment (and should) but without proof he'll get a warning but then it will be on record in case it goes any further

yes because on tv there are peoplep who are being bullied and harrased and they commit suicide so do tell before any bad things happen

You have no case, and even if you did have the logs...nothing would happen, unless he's threatening you or something.

Maybe you should talk to a local police officer ask them what they would suggest, they would be able to advise you a lot better on whether you have a case then most of the people on Fun Advice.
