How do I ask out a girl in a romantic and special way?

I have a friend. Me and her are realy good friends. She doesnt got o the same school as me butwe both go to the same church. I want to help her. She is a year older than me. How do iask her in a way that would be romantic and a way that she would like? Sh has that short hair and blue eyes sort of an mysterious personality.

Maybe one day take her like, around the corner or something and tell her how you feel about her. And I reckon it's cool for guys to date girls who are one year older than them. I'm dating a guy one year younger than me, so it's all good! But, yeah.

If you could gank her keys for a little while (long enough to have a friend go make a copy while ya'll are at church) and then sneak them back into her bag w/o her knowing. Then you could leave something in her car at school. It would show her you went WAY out of your way to make the gesture special for her. Whatever you leave for her should relate to her personality... like an inside joke the two of you have... along with a very simple note asking her out.
