Do guys like being told they're hot?

I like this guy a lot and my friend told me that if I told him he was hot he'd like me..I told her that was cheesy and stuff and she's took my phone and texted him and said your hot now he's mad at me. Do guys like being told there hot stuff?

probably, im not a guy but I might like being told im hot if its from my boyfriend not a stranger. actualy I wud like to b told im beautiful.

yea depends on the guy though if they are sweet and kind then you should tell them they are hot and see what goes from there but...
if they are the type that is grouchey a lot then I wouldnt mess iwht him

good question... I wish I knew. my ex seemed to like being called cute... I know I would always welcome somebody telling me I'm pretty, or cute, or beautiful, but personally, I'd prefer the innocent terms like that, because they seem more genuine and less suggestive. unless it was someone I knew quite well. but for just a random comment, I think hot or sexy is kinda creepy...

it's all personal preference though
