I would go to the health department and get tested for like diabetes, or something!
Your iron might be low, try eating peanut butter and grapes!
you could either be hypoglycemic or have low iron(anemia)
I have both..
if you're hypoglycemic that means that your blood sugar doesnt stay up to where it needs to be causing the dizzyness/nausea.
anddd..if your iron is low then you have to make sure you eat your greens and meats.
I take iron supplements that I got from the doctor. you might want to see a doctor about it if its really bothering you
Thats the kind of question you ask your GP
I HAVE GOTTEN BLOODWORK DONE AND NOTHING IS WRONG WITH ME. THEY SAY MY BP IS HIGH. SO SHE GAVE ME BP MED. AND I HAVE CRONIC MIGRANES. SHE GAVE ME MED FOR THAT TOO. I HAVE BEEN FEELING A BIT BETTER BUT OTHER DAYS I AM SOOO TIRED STILL. AND I GET DIZZY WHEN I WAKE UP IN THE MORNING.
